Fascias and Soffits have a dual purpose, firstly to protect the construction of the property by protecting the property from the weather and channel water away from the property and secondly to add a decorative finish to the property.

As with most aspects of roofing problems are best dealt with swiftly before they lead to further damage and further expense. Peeling paint, cracked materials and unsecure soffits and fascias are all warning signs of potential problems that need to be addressed. The problem doesn’t necessarily come with a loose or unmaintained fascia or soffit it is the damage that comes with the lack of protection from the elements and the inevitable water penetration that results from this lack of protection.
